True reserves the right to withdraw this advertisement before the closing date.About the roleIf you are fluent in any of the following languages, we encourage you to apply: Pasifika, Swahili, Spanish, and Kurdish Kurmunji.The purpose of the Bilingual Health Educator is to support the implementation of True's National Sexual and Reproductive, 'Health in my Language' program and to conduct bilingual health education sessions with women and men in community settings.Additionally, you will conduct Sexual and Reproductive health education sessions within the community's preferred languages and participate in planning and evaluation of workshop modules, health promotion, and training programs.To applySubmit a Cover letter, a short response to each of the below selection criteria, and your CV, including the names and contact numbers of two referees.Selection CriteriaKnowledge of the following principles relating to:Knowledge of women's health issuesMigrant and refugee experiencesFacilitation skills; and/orCommunity engagement experiencesDemonstrated project management skills, facilitation, and education and training skillsFluency in one of the following languages: Pasifika, Swahili, Spanish, and Kurdish KurmunjiStrong written communication skills, including experience in writing reports and stakeholder communicationsExperience in consultation and collaboration with relevant government and community organisations; and the development of partnershipsComputer literacy in Microsoft and online learning systemsAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
