Specialising in roads, intersections, safety infrastructure, bridges, and structures across metropolitan and regional areas, we're always exploring new solutions and pushing the boundaries of what's achievable in our industry.
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Infrastructure Division.
This role will oversee projects primarily located in the North and West regions of Victoria , with flexibility to travel and stay overnight as needed.
If you live within 2-3 hours of Melbourne and are comfortable with regular travel, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark in civil road construction.
You will bring along the following: Min.
3-5 years of Victorian Civil Road Building Experience , with expertise in VIC roads, council works, intersections, roundabouts, and related infrastructure.
Comfortable working in rural environments and willing to travel or stay away from home as project needs demand.
Ability to work closely with management and site teams in a non-autonomous role.
Significant on-site working rural experience in road construction.
Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively.
Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, permits, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office.
White Card and a valid Driving License are mandatory.
The role will be responsible for: Oversee construction activities across all rural projects, ensuring adherence to contract specifications, policies, and management plans.
Promote and maintain a strong safety and quality culture on-site, engaging both Bild staff and subcontractors.
Manage site administration tasks, including timesheets, delivery dockets, and maintaining the site diary.
Lead site operations, including start-ups, toolbox talks, inductions, and verification of certifications and tickets.
Build and nurture client relationships to support business growth.
Act as the critical link between management and on-site teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
