Job Description About the Role The iconic Big Banana is seeking a Cafe Manager for our Licensed Going Bananas Café and Ice Creamery. Responsible for motivating, developing and leading a large team. Create a culture that delivers the highest standard of Customer Service. Monitor food standards to ensure that it is presented & served in line with the company's high standards. Ensure the business meets the highest health & safety standards. Monitoring of deliveries, inventory & orders. Implementing and improving systems and standards. Desired Skills and Experience About You Experience in hospitality management (3 year minimum). The Café Manager manages all day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth running of the business. You will bring a friendly, positive and energetic attitude that is contagious to your team. Hold a current NSW RSA. A passionate professional who loves working "hands on" in hospitality & working with a diverse group of people. An ability to coach, develop, manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. An ability to maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
