Big Truck Field Service Technician Are you a skilled and experienced technician with a passion for large trucks and heavy machinery? All Lift Forklift & Access Equipment is seeking a highly motivated Big Truck Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of large trucks and heavy machinery, including container handlers, reach stackers, and large forklifts. Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems. Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries and offering technical guidance. Keep accurate records of all service and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and work performed. Requirements: Proven experience working with container handlers, reach stackers, and/or large forklifts. Strong background in auto electrical systems and hydraulic components. Familiarity with telehandlers, access equipment, wet brakes, and transmissions. Prior experience in the forklift industry is preferred. Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with both colleagues and customers. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to safety protocols and best practices. Flexibility to work in various environments, including on-site field service.
