From billboards, scoreboards, video screens and signage, our big screens make landmarks, organisations and venues across Australia and New Zealand more attractive to the crowds our clients engage.

With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Las Vegas (USA) and Shenzhen (China), BSV have completed over 2000 projects across 4 countries.

BSV works within several industries including sport, education, hospitality, retail, transit and out of home media.
Our projects can be found at iconic venues such as the MCG, Movie World, Crown Casino, UTS Sydney and The Gabba.

A bit about you...
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our SA based team.
This is a hands-on Sales and New Business Development role, with the successful applicant expected to spend time working in, as well as on, the business and building lucrative relationships, while being supported by our tight-knit National Sales Team.

Creating new business opportunities.
Creating and running outbound campaigns including cold calls, cold emails and following up existing leads.
Commitment to achieving state sales quotas and personal KPI's.
Ensuring effective communication with clients.
Maintaining internal communication, including regular CRM data is complete and accurate.
Account management of existing clients.
Continual development on product knowledge.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Supporting the State Sales Manager.
This role will involve frequent intra and interstate travel.
You will also have the opportunity to attend a number of events representing BSV, including tradeshows, luncheons and sporting events, as well as internal conferences to build your LED knowledge, support each other to achieve our goals as a team.

Your qualifications and experience...
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
Proven success in identifying new opportunities, converting leads, and growing an existing client portfolio.
Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs.
Experience with high volume CRM e.g.
ConnectWise, Salesforce (highly regarding, though not essential).
Substantial experience in our key pillars of sport, hospitality or out-of-home will be highly regarded, though not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organisation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive in taking initiative to drive projects and close sales.
Team players with a can-do, positive attitude, who are confident and self-motivated thrive within the BSV Sales & Marketing team!
