This is a great opportunity for an individual to make an immediate impact on firm-wide efficiencies, while growing their proposal management skills within a supportive team of business development and sales specialists.You will work directly with people from all levels of the firm including Partners, and all service and industry teams.
The role encompasses all aspects of a proposals function – from qualifying appropriate opportunities and end-to-end management of proposals, to ensuring the right tools and resources are available for the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Partners to prepare and project manage proposals, tenders, and presentationsProvide strategic input into tender responses, including the development of pricing strategies and value propositionsRun robust go/no-go discussions prior to client pursuitsFacilitate tender debriefs with proposal teams and, when appropriate, clientsContribute to the enhancement of proposal management processes, templates, content and credentials through Salesforce and a new brand management platformSkills & ExperienceEnd-to-end proposal experience desired, however experience in BD, communications and/or marketing will be considered.
