More about what you'll do   In this newly created role to support our business growth, your passion for reading, interpreting and writing will contribute to the success of our customer retention and new business goals.
The role is an essential link in processing and validating customer contract data leading to sales team members customer retention activities through the bidding and contract lifecycles.
Reporting to the Bids and Contracts Manager, your key responsibilities include: Produce and source content to support drafting of proposals and bids for the Bid Managers Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to complete requests for information Coordinate downloading and circulating tender documentation to Bids Managers Maintain logins and passwords for the Bids and Customer Compliance portals Complete requests for information requested by customers including questionnaires, surveys via email and via supplier compliance platforms Prepare contract summaries for executed contracts; register in the contract management system Maintain register of current and expiring contracts for review and action by Contracts Administrator Support the drafting, proofing and completing of agreements as directed by the Contracts Administrator Supporting project work as directed by the Bids and Contracts Manager Action and respond to work requests allocated by the Bids and Contracts Manager More about you   The ideal applicant will have: Experience within a Business-to-Business sales environment Open to training, collaborating with others and motivated Ability to cope with multiple requests for information and competing deadlines Strong attention to detail with the use of spelling, grammar and visual appearance of documents Enthusiastic, self-motivated with ability to communicate effectively within a team Passionate, patient and supportive to your colleagues and our internal stakeholders Enjoy the work and possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute Intermediate level experience with Word, Excel and other Office365 programs.
Experience with database management systems, ERP systems and contract documentation Experience working in a sales driven organisation where customer experience is the priority Proficient in word processing, database management with a high attention to detail.
