About the Role.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bids & Pursuits Consultant to join TSA Riley's Marketing and Pursuits team.
This key role will drive the success of our bid management process, from bid administration and coordination to crafting executive summaries and facilitating workshops.
You will help ensure the quality of all submissions, working closely with national and regional leadership teams to secure new opportunities across Victoria and Canberra.

In this role, you will manage the tender funnel, develop compelling bid content, and apply client and competitor intelligence to enhance bid strategies.
Your focus will be on aligning submissions with TSA Riley's strategic objectives, ensuring all responses reflect our strengths and values.

About You You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. With 3+ years' experience, you have excelled in roles within the property, infrastructure, professional services and public sectors. You have a strong background in government tendering, with a deep understanding of compliance requirements. You bring a successful track record in managing the end-to-end bid process, including bid response writing and delivery. Your communication skills are exceptional, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and manage a diverse range of stakeholders. You understand the sales funnel and can work alongside the Marketing team to develop capture plans and marketing activities to win long-term strategic pursuits. You have a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail, ensuring quality submissions that align with client needs. Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint, with a knack for producing professional and compliant documents that match TSA Riley's brand. Creativity and innovation are your strengths, allowing you to differentiate our business in competitive markets.
