22/12/2024 Collaborative team with excellent career progression opportunities B2B bid and tender experience required $100,000 - $120,000 inc super   Flexible location  Ampersand is partnering with a prestigious professional services firm, who are looking to appoint a talented Bids & Proposal Advisor to join its high-performing and well-established Business Development, Marketing & Communication function.
Reporting into a highly respected leader, this position will be integral to the management of the end-to-end tender process, helping to build upon the firm's already impressive win rates.
You will be accountable for reviewing and managing bid opportunities and will work closely with the Partnership to identify key messaging and win themes, research the commerciality of bid opportunities and support with the copywriting of non-technical components and the development of pitch collateral – which includes formatting, editing and proof-reading documents.
As well as carrying out the above responsibilities, you will need to be proactive in preparing capability statements and be a persuasive writer to lead the legal directories submissions.
Demonstrable experience prioritising and managing workloads, working quickly, efficiently and accurately in a deadline-driven professional services environment is mandatory for this position.
