An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of full-time Sales Manager at our Toowoomba branch.
About the Role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is responsible for managing and growing sales and pricing margins in addition to controlling the costs of the Sales operations and managing the sales team within Toowoomba.
Duties: Plan and implement strategies to achieve the sales team KPI's and budgets Develop strategies to increase customer base and level of customer penetration/ engagement Create and maintain customer pricing and margins Develop and maintain effective customer relationships Develop pricing strategies to gain new customers Monitor all Account Manager's performance to expectations of job function, counselling and disciplining when necessary Skills and Experience: Demonstrated leadership including the ability to motivate and work alongside others Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient organisation and managerial skills Aptitude for working with computers, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems Professional personal presentation Applicants may be subject to a pre-employment medical The ideal applicant must show a desire for achievement and sales improvement, as well as a passion for the industry.
