You willultimately be managing the entire submission process. This includescoordinating and editing input from a number of stakeholders and ensuringall contributors meet the required timeframes.It's a dynamic, detail-oriented role that will require thefollowing qualifications and skills:Degree in Marketing or CommunicationsUpwards of three years of experience writing tenders and submissionswithin the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industryExceptional writing skills and ability to create comprehensivedocuments that address all aspects of tender requirementsStrong communication skills to manage a variety of stakeholdersSolid time management skills to deliver quality outcomes under tighttimeframesProficient in using InDesign and Microsoft OfficeDuties & ResponsibilitiesRead new tender documentationCoordinate internal strategy meetings, follow-up meetings, staff andsub-consultant inputPopulate response schedules, spreadsheets and project outlines with keydataCoordinate production, contribute to content and take responsibilityfor the delivery of proposal submissionsManage the appearance of the final InDesign document, sourcephotography CV's references and other materialUpdate the CRM database with leads and pursuitsFrom a personal perspective, a flexible, positive, professional approachand the ability to work autonomously is key.
