About the Role
As a Bid Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our client's business growth, crafting compelling bid materials that showcase the firm's expertise and win new projects. You'll work closely with executives, designers, and project teams to create standout proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and produce a wide range of bid documentation, including capability profiles, expressions of interest, and tender responses
Develop convincing and visually appealing bid materials that align with the company's brand and strategy
Manage the entire tender process from opportunity identification to submission
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure a cohesive narrative across all bid materials
Maintain and update the organisation's knowledge library for bid content
Skills and Experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven experience in bid writing and production within professional services or property-related industries
Strong writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously under tight deadlines
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Understanding of architectural services and graphically designed documents (desirable)
