About the RoleAs a vital member of our dynamic commercial business development team based in our client's Alexandria Sydney office, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering compelling tender responses, quotations, and business proposals. Providing pricing analysis and input in the initial pre-qualification phase to the final post-submission activities, you'll guide these critical projects through their entire life cycle, contributing to continued success and growth.Tasks, Responsibilities and RequirementsEvaluate tender requirements and complete tender submissions within the required time-frameSupport the general operation of the business development departmentsClient interaction with relevant bid proposals and tendersDevelop and maintain effective client relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Asset Ownership and Management organisationsEnsure compliance with tender administration processes that have been establishedDesired Skills & ExperienceA background in either bid, tendering, finance, pricing/estimating desiredHighly polished interpersonal communication skillsTeam oriented, accountable, and results drivenPrioritize demands, work under pressure, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneouslyExceptional attention to detail and accuracyBenefits and PerksSalary Range available - $100K to $120k (incl. super) or more depending on your skills and experience (negotiable commensurate on experience)Strong career advancement opportunitiesIndustry leading recognition programs, receive multiple pay reviews annuallyLocation - AlexandriaAbout the companyA long-standing large National business focusing on facilities services, my client embraces their core people values.
