Add expected salary to your profile for insights Cushman and Wakefield are seeking a Bid Manager to join our team in this newly created role and support the growth across our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) business.In this opportunity you will draw upon your extensive experience in leading and winning complex and high value bids, to galvanise a diverse business into presenting a unified proposition that surpasses any others. To do this, you will be an expert in business writing as well as use bid management methodologies to define the opportunity, establish the strategy and execute the roadmap to success.About the Role:Lead and project manage the planning, preparation, review, and submission of bid responses (including expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentations)In consultation with the Bid Director, review all proposals prior to initiation, determine the strategic fit of the proposal (go/no-go)Study tender documents and review aspects of tender documents for win strategies, for success and market growthProvide leadership to the proposal preparation resources, ensuring an understanding of scope, implementing bid strategies, appropriate content, monitoring and meeting proposal preparation timelinesManage input from the bid team and from key stakeholders and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Take ownership of the proposals to ensure bids are compliant ad are submitted in a timely manner and to a high-quality standardDevelop, maintain, and share reusable intellectual property and contentOwn and continually improve the bid process and sub processesShare best practices so that successes can be replicated by fellow team membersAbout You:Experience in Facilities Management and preferably PPP bidsHands-On experience with bid submissions spanning across multiple geographiesProven project management skills and highly developed ability to lead large groups through facilitation to achieve required bid solution outcomesAbility to identify priorities and manage competing demands and meet deadlinesAbility to drive process and bring structure to disparate functions within the context of a bidDemonstrated ability to work in teams and within a complex team environmentExcellent interpersonal skills and customer interaction skillsDemonstrable customer centricity attitudeTertiary qualifications in business, property or similar preferredAs one of the leading global real estate services firms transforming the way people work, shop and live working at Cushman & Wakefield means you will benefit from;Being part of a growing global company;Career development and a promote from within culture;An organisation committed to Diversity and InclusionWe're committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.We achieve this by providing a flexible and agile work environment by focusing on technology and autonomy to help our people achieve their career ambitions.
