Clough has an exciting opportunity for a BID Manager with a background in Infrastructure and Water Projects to join our Bidding Team working across a range of exciting bids and projects based in our Melbourne Office!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all Bids and tenders are fully executed from start to finish, producing high quality and competitive documentation (this may include ROI's, EOI's and RFT's) that meet all compliance requirements, resulting in winning new business.

Your focus will include:
Provide guidance and mentor direct reports, navigating and/or mitigating challenges they face in their rolesLiaise with tendering team members (Internal Stakeholders) to obtain relevant tender input/information in compliance with Clough's Business Development and Tendering Operating StandardEnsure compliance of Company responses in line with both Company and client requirementsEnsure Company style guide (where appropriate) and procedures are adhered toEnsure all presentation and grammatical aspects are of highest standardAssist in maintenance and registering of new prospectsCollaborate with Document Control to establish tender portals/folders, ensuring all relevant team members have access and folders are correctly populatedWhat you will bring to the team:
