About the role This role will focus on supporting the team through tendering delivery schedules and owning the bid formation process. This role ensures that bids are developed to a high consistency in their presentation, content, and branding. Key responsibilities will include:
Manage Bid Schedule to ensure Team meets the bid formation deadlinesCreate content, image sourcing, & elevator pitches where requiredReview industry bids to ensure BMD continues performing above industry standardLiaise with Stakeholders to remain informed to ensure brand alignment is metAbout you To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have current experience in bids/tendering, with a proven track record in bid formation and delivery management. Other key requirements include:
Creative & Strategic thinking abilities with a keen eye for detailBid & Tender Process management & reportingUnderstanding of Sales Pipelines & Sales ToolsKnowledge of Civil infrastructureStrong communication skills with the ability to engage & influence StakeholdersEffectively lead a Team through the Bid & Tender ProcessDue to the high volume of applications and enquiries, we are only able to respond to shortlisted candidates.
