About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bid process from start to finish, ensuring that high-quality, competitive tenders are submitted on time. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to gather all necessary information, prepare submissions, and help secure new business opportunities.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and manage the entire bid process, ensuring compliance with deadlines, client requirements, and company procedures.Work closely with internal departments and external parties to collect relevant data and input for bid submissions.Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications to ensure accurate and relevant bid submissions.Tracking and managing multiple bid submissions, ensuring deadlines are met.Providing administrative support throughout the bid process.Identifying opportunities to improve the bid process and contribute to its ongoing development.What we're looking for Proven experience in a similar bid coordination role, ideally within the construction industry.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with bid management software.Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
