We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and proactive Bid Coordinator to work as a part of our New Business team. Reporting to the Senior Bid Manager, this role will focus on producing high quality, consistent submissions that maximise the potential for Kapitol Group securing new work.
What you'll do: End-to-end bid coordination to ensure high quality and timely submissions which stand out from competitionUse your refined Graphic Design skills to ensure professional, high-quality graphics and formatting within our submissionsAnalyse tender requirements and produce appropriate schedules and plansCoordinate attendees and participate in bid kick-off meetings including creating action registersOversee contributors/SMEs to tenders, ensuring their understanding of requirements and on time deliveryProvide administrative support to Bid Managers and the Senior Bid ManagerCultivate strong professional relationships with stakeholders internally and externallyLiaise with Marketing as required to ensure brand consistencyMaintain the team's files in our document management system for ease of finding information.About you: Previous experience in a Bid Coordination role, ideally in construction or a related industryAdvanced graphic design capability and proficiency with InDesign (desirable)Sound understanding of the end to end tender, RFQ and ECI processAble to context switch, work on multiple projects at any one given time and handle competing prioritiesRefined attention to detail, proofreading and formatting skillsWork well autonomously and within a team committed to organisational successHighly motivated with a positive, can do attitudeStrong planning, program, and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced collaboration, interpersonal, communication, and client-focused skillsHow you'll benefit: Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industryFree health assessments for all staffPaid parental leave for both primary and secondary care giversFast-tracked career development opportunities and support through mentoring, workshops and retreatsIndustry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learnt and other resources.Kapitol value diversity and aim to build an inclusive environment that champions, embraces and respects differences.
