They have a strong focus on culture and are looking for a strategic Bid and Business Development Manager to lead this function within their business.
The Role
In this vital role you will be responsible for representing this organisation to clients and placing them in the best position to win bids within the infrastructure sector. You will then build and nurture those relationships to explore further opportunities for growth. Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and design engineers, you will manage the tender process from beginning to end before handing over successful tenders to the execution team.
About you
You are a dynamic, technically minded Bid and Business Development Manager with an infrastructure background and experience with technical bids. You will have a collaborative approach and will thrive on exploring the finer details, along with strong external and internal relationship management skills. Ideally, you will have a civil, engineering, or construction background and experience with the infrastructure sector.
The Offer
Competitive Salary Package from $150k up to $190, negotiable for the right candidate
