Working closely with our Estimating and Sales Teams, the Bid Administrator will be responsible for the activities of the bid/tender lifecycle including:
Reading and interpreting tender documentation; Liaising with internal stakeholders to compile the relevant information to produce high quality, detailed, cohesive and structured tender applications; Manage content library for future proposals ensuring documents are stored in correct files.  Managing company incoming enquiries  Reviewing daily tender notices and coordinating their evaluation Co-ordinating workflow from sales through to estimating About Us Aquatec are Australasia's leading advisor and innovator in water, wastewater and odour control solutions.
