Your role will encompass the oversight of the Food Safety Plan, guaranteeing adherence to stringent quality and safety protocols.With your expertise, you will spearhead day-to-day operations, working within budgetary constraints and optimising purchasing strategies. This includes overseeing all aspects of ordering, receiving, stock control, production, distribution, and catering to special dietary requirements.To excel in this role, you must possess:- Trade qualifications or equivalent skills as a Head Chef.- Completed Food Safety Supervisor training.This opportunity presents the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
