NOW HIRING: Full-time/Part-time/Casual Head Coach & Studio Fitness Coach The BFT Coach is the respected face of our business! They're an integral part of each and everything we do and critical to the growth of our member base - from making members feel welcome, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts.
Our Coaches play an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.
As a Coach at BFT, you will be responsible for delivering pre-designed group training sessions based on sports science.
You will lead, execute, and create high-level member experiences and relationships for any new studios until they are fully operational while increasing the number of members.
You will maintain a strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, teach proper techniques, and handle member concerns to ensure a safe and effective fitness experience.
Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential members and facilitating the sale of studio memberships to support business expansion.
ABOUT YOU Do you have the following experience and qualities?
