Key Responsibilities: Member Experience and Coaching: Deliver high-quality fitness coaching, ensuring an exceptional member experience that fosters satisfaction and retention.Sales and Business Development: Drive membership growth through effective sales strategies, member acquisition, and retention efforts. Work towards specific growth targets, including uptake of programs such as the 8-Week Challenge.Team Collaboration and Leadership: Partner closely with the Assistant Studio Manager to align on business goals, manage studio operations, and nurture a motivating, supportive environment for both team and members.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of management experience.Certificate IV in Fitness; additional qualifications in strength & conditioning are preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, friendly demeanour.Reliable, enthusiastic, and takes pride in professional accomplishments.Growth mindset with a keen interest in personal and professional development.Performance Expectations: Achieve set targets for membership growth and retention.Maintain high member experience scores and increase program participation rates.Foster a vibrant community atmosphere and uphold the BFT brand standards.If you think you are a great fit for this role, we would love to hear from you.
