Job Description
Be You Delivered by Beyond Blue, in collaboration with Early Childhood Australia and headspace, Be You is Australia's national mental health in education initiative. It equips educators with knowledge, tools and resources to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people from birth to 18 years.

About this Position The Strategic Educational Content Adviser, Be You is a member of the Educational Content team and has the responsibilities of driving the development and continuous improvement of Be You educational content and resources. The role reports to the Educational Content Lead, Be You and is responsible for the project management and stakeholder engagement components required to deliver and maintain high-quality educational content and resources.
The role The key duties for the role include :
Project management and advisoryProvide advice and support to the leadership teams within Be You, including preparing reports, presentations, briefing notes, correspondence, facilitating meetings and providing information.Lead and manage the development and implementation of activities to support the delivery of the Be You strategic plans.Ensure projects and continuous improvement activities are delivered to agreed timeframes.Support stakeholders and other team members to participate in relevant educational content development and maintenance processes and / or tasks.Ensure all intended activity has clear project plans and that interdependencies are considered and addressed appropriately.Coordinate and provide logistical support for workshops, consultation forums, conferences, meetings, and other events as necessary.Relationship managementFoster and manage key content partnerships in-line with the broader Be You stakeholder engagement plans.Consult on request with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.Seek opportunities for input, consultation and codesign with community where appropriate to inform our work.Work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders across Be You and Beyond Blue.Content and resourcesChampion the implementation and moderation of educational content development activities internally and with delivery partners.Oversee the development and continuous improvement of educational content.Ensure all educational content projects have set objectives to ensure outcomes are measurable and reportable.Work with appropriate stakeholders to collect evidence of educational content performance and impact.Demonstrate deep understanding of Be You's audience groups and champion inclusive and human centred design principles that consider the needs of Be You's five key population groups.Work with other Be You teams to ensure all proposed educational content solutions align with current technological capabilities and standards.Desired Skills and Experience About you Demonstrated experience working in a program or project management role.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to understand and adapt to different audiences, build productive relationships and support organisational change.Demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of types of documents including project plans, budgets, briefing notes, project summaries and reports.Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.Demonstrated experience in overseeing contracts and procurement processes.Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.Ability to be flexible and look beyond existing structures and ways of working.Culture & Values Our values are the unseen drivers of our behaviours and ultimately become the organisational culture.
