About the position
Our beverage team play an important part to our Club operations. Wests currently have a casual opportunity available for a customer focused individual at our New Lambton site. Wests New Lambton bar operations provide quality service to our members and guests. Key responsibilities include:
Provide friendly customer service Preparation and service of beverages Operation of Tab and Keno terminals Cleaning of work station and equipment Operation of tills and cash handling Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.
This position as been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
Certifications required: RSA, RCG
