We are about to embark on a major transformation journey building our capability to tackle the complex recruitment needs of an international organisation in the Allied Health Sector and this newly created role will play a leading role in that journey.
The Part You'll Play
You will lead a team of 6 team members recruiting Allied Health Clinicians and support team members across Australia backed up by our Talent Leadership and International Talent teams. While we have a big project ahead of us in building and transforming our function, the best part is you will have a keen and experienced team around you every step of the way.
Engage: Build collaborative relationships with our operational leaders to develop detailed living recruitment plans to source proactively both for the short and long-term. Leadership: Own our day-to-day operation by leading your team in the delivery of recruitment campaigns across the country deploying bespoke go-to-market plans tailored to the unique target market of each role. Transform: Play a crucial role in defining our new way of working by leading development, implementation and launch of major functionality with a focus on sourcing strategy and partnership. An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness/eligibility to obtain) Employment Eligibility within Australia. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management or Talent Acquisition will be highly regarded. This role can be based out of Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
