Betar Lawyers is a commercially oriented practice with experience in Property Law, Commercial Law, Estate Law, Family Law, Insurance Law (Personal Injury) and Litigation. The firm is focused on finding practical and cost effective solutions suited towards the legal needs of individuals and small to medium sized businesses as well as Australians located overseas (ex-patriots) and foreign entities wishing to operate or invest within Australia.

Betar Lawyers can trace its roots back to 1846, with the firm of Densley Downing which later became Densley Downing & Sindler (a leading Sydney law firm). Mr. Sindler and Mr Densley have since retired from legal practice, but their combined knowledge stays with the firm. Betar Lawyers added Phillip Worrall Solicitor and Helen Brundenell-Woods Solicitor in 2009, firms specialising in litigation and family law and in 2010 added Richard M Trayer Solicitors, a firm known for its expertise in leasing law and real estate law. Richard Trayer remains an active consultant solicitor with the firm, continuing with his passion for real estate law, in particular, leasing law.
