Scolmore are seeking a Bespoke Stock Administrator to join our busy customer service department, providing full administration support in the Bespoke Department.Main DutiesDealing with the customer back orders for rework products on a daily basisRaise work orders across multiple warehouses using the Sage systemPrinting work instructions (bespoke design form) into the rework warehouseLiaising with the Customer Service team on any outstanding bespoke orders or any stock issuesCompleting the works order and transfer of stock on Sage to the location givenOnce work is completed by the rework warehouse, filing and scanning of paperwork onto the DBquery online filing systemChecking back-order reports weeklyLiaising with the rework warehouse for any outstanding works orders not received back after standard lead time, arrange to reprint and prioritise workWorking on the 'non-stocked lines' report reviewing Customers Back Orders and raise works orders for these products (these may be reworked on-site or at our Scotland factory)Liaising with main warehouse to arrange movement of goods to the factory in Scotland and email the rework instructions to that warehouseWorking alongside the Bespoke Stock Co-ordinator to cover and support on all dutiesRaising works orders for stock lines to rework in-house complete and transfer stocks on the Sage systemLiaising with the Technical department on reworking existing products and set up the rework instructions requiredLiaise with the purchasing and supply chain departments on any reworks they have requested us to do in-house, raise works orders, completions, and transfer as aboveClosely work with IT department to set up process and document the process of reworking of stockSkills and ExperienceBe personable and professional.
