Bespoke Careers | Senior Project Manager (Wayfinding Experience)

An established wayfinding and design consultancy firm is seeking an experienced, confident and influential Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-sector projects on a national scale.
As Project Manager, you'll collaborate with studio Leaders and wider teams to deliver projects on budget and within timeframes, all whilst maintaining high quality and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver project briefing and compile assets for internal and external project teams.Maintain a thorough understanding of scope and the terms of project contracts, being mindful of scope & opportunity variations.Proactively manage client expectations and project deliverables.Work with General Manager on resource allocation for projects (short term & long term).Maintain project management systems - inputting accurate and relevant information & project records.Manage the QA process ensuring work complies with regulations and standard.Develop strong client relationships and rapport.Document project budgets and prepare weekly financial reports alongside Project Director.Skills & Experience: 4+ years experience as Project Manager within architecture, built or wayfinding environments.Proactive approach to problem solving and risk management.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills.Excellent time management skills, methodical and highly organised.High-level of financial literacy.Benefits & Culture: Inclusive and collaborative studio culture.Career progression opportunities.Sustainability is central to values.REFERENCE: Holly Anderson 68062 If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and if applicable, work samples (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to ****** and we'll be in touch.
