Project Architect - Hotel/Mixed-Use/Multi Residential Projects This design-led studio has a focus on high-end quality design projects across the living sectors locally and internationally. Locally they are busy with mixed-use/hotel/multi-residential work and as a result are now looking for an experienced Project Architect to support a Director in a 2IC capacity, working from design stages and being responsible for preparing DA packages autonomously and taking projects through to Construction stage.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and deliver DA, DD and Construction packages from initial design concepts Attend all relevant meetings and coordinate between all consultants whilst maintaining design intent. Support and assist Project Director in design and delivery stages Develop design concepts and use presentation/rendering software Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of the design process on local projects Experience in the design and delivery of multi-residential/mixed-use projects Proficiency in Revit Solid understanding of Australian standards and BCA's Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Benefits & Culture
