Private Residential Revit Documenter - 3 Month Contract Architectural Drafting (Design & Architecture)
This talented and award-winning studio is driving the design and delivery of large scale notable and iconic infrastructure projects amongst other sector work such as residential! There is a key opportunity to work on a very high-end dwelling ($10M value) for 3 months across construction documentation to work pretty autonomously with minimum oversight. The studio is known for supporting their people to maintain a good balance between work and life, with great office culture and refreshing city fringe office location.
Key Responsibilities Take ownership on a high-end private residential project Prepare the construction documentation in Revit Collaborate with the wider skilled team – internally and externally Develop and deliver design and technical output Manage clients and consultants Assist with construction detailing Skills & Experience A minimum of 6 years' experience in the Australian industry ARBV Registration is preferable High-end private residential experience required ($10M+ budget desirable) Evidence of quality design and drafting capabilities Exceptional communication skills Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Benefits & Culture Join a highly reputable practice with stand-out projects Located on the CBD fringe with free parking available Perfect size studio offering a supportive team Lovely office location, a point of difference to most!
