In this job you will As a site operations manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.
Lead multi-customer Life Sciences and Healthcare operations within the site Lead implementation and maintenance of quality controls and standards governing cold storage of pharmaceuticals Drive and implement strategic initiatives Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external Maintain location and inventory accuracy Drive site budgets and P&L accountability Own the design and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and priorities You have the following qualities & qualifications 10+ years' experience within Supply Chain/Logistics Strong site management experience, including facilities Exceptional end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations within a 3PL environment Demonstrated knowledge of quality standards and licensing associated with cold chain and pharmaceutical products Excellent people management and influencing skills Commercial acumen Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
