The Community Action Manager will lead the team to support community led action to deliver impact for nature and people in urban and rural communities across the three counties.
What you'll be doing Scoping, developing and delivering activities co-designed with communities to promote sustainable community-led action for nature Managing delivery of community based projects in line with agreed outcomes Collaborating with community organisations to build trust and develop relationships to support communities deliver action for nature Coordinating and line managing a proactive and dynamic community action team What we're looking for Experience of scoping and developing community projects Demonstrable experience of collaborating with and supporting diverse communities Knowledge and understanding of a community organising approach to collaboration Experience of leading well motivated teams Knowledge and experience of developing effective relationships and partnerships For all your hard work you can expect a great rewards package in return, including 36 days of annual leave pro rata.
