BRG is looking for an Associate Director / Director for our Sydney office working for an expert in the Forensic Technology practice in Asia–Pacific. We are in need to some experienced in computer forensics, compliance investigations, crypto tracing and investigations, dawn raid readiness, and eDiscovery. This requires a highly motivated problem solver with strong analytical ability, advanced degree or significant work experience, and a desire to advance within the organization. You will be part of a cross-functional team that manages all areas related to the collection, migration, processing, analysis, conversion, quality assurance, tracking, and management of client data.
Job Responsibilities: Liaise with clients and project managers regarding client requests and manage expectations. Plan and execute electronic evidence collection exercises, on-site at client premises around Australia and the greater Asia-Pacific. Utilise industry standard and bespoke software to access, extract and cull data from electronic evidence sources. Manage team efforts to apply analytical skills and leverage existing methodologies to various client situations and practice disciplines and create novel customised solutions to meet shifting client needs. Assume responsibility for day-to-day data processing, conversion, analysis, quality control, import, and other specialised tasks including interaction with other consultants, supervisors, and client personnel. Co-ordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements. Be customer-service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessary. Travel as required to ensure effective management of case activities. Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the areas of computer science, computer forensics, management information systems or relevant coursework; Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in computer forensics, eDiscovery, compliance investigation or other relevant experience; Strong proficiency in the use of forensic acquisition and analysis tools such as EnCase, FTK, Axiom, XWays, Cellebrite, and other forensic tools; Industry certifications considered valuable to this position include Relativity Expert / Relativity Master / Nuix Discover Master / Brainspace/Reveal Admin / EnCE / CCE / ACE / GCFE / etc; Demonstrable subject matter experience with Email/File servers and archiving environments, such as interpretation of server logs, MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, eVault, G Suite, Office365, etc; Capability with MS Excel and relational database programs (e.g. MS SQL Server and MS Access), as well as experience with SQL and other scripting/querying capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
