The Role:
As Audit Manager , you'll oversee audit engagements from start to finish, manage and mentor a high-performing team, and build strong client relationships. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving the business forward and will have a clear and achievable pathway to partnership. Once you attain your Company Auditor's Registration, you will be eligible for promotion to Audit Partner, where you will lead this division at the highest level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage audit assignments for a diverse client base. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
About You:
CA/CPA qualified. Ideally 5+ years Australian public practice accounting audit experience. A current or soon-to-be-attained Company Auditor's Registration (or eligibility to register). Professional, confident and driven personality.
