Our client, a highly successful and progressive CA firm, is seeking an Associate Director or Senior Manager to join their team.
With a strong track record of growth (25% increase over the past year), this firm is built for success and focuses on delivering high-level compliance and advisory services.

The Opportunity
Due to significant growth, this role will see you step straight into the business, working autonomously with new clients, leading a team, and assisting with practice management duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily from the construction and professional services sectors.
New Client Management: Be the primary contact for most new clients entering the firm, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of accountants, overseeing workflow, reviewing work, and providing technical training.
Practice Management: Contribute to marketing initiatives, staff development, and operational strategy.
Business Development: Manage new client leads and actively grow your fee base, supported by a well-established and proactive team.
About You
You're an experienced accounting professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding role where you can lead, grow, and make a lasting impact.

Key Attributes & Experience:
Proven management experience within an accounting firm.
Experience in reviewing tax compliance and providing client advisory services.
CA or CPA qualification.
A social, approachable, and positive personality that aligns with the firm's culture.
Australian experience in a client-facing role.
A proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for leadership and client success.
