The Role
This a varied role undertaking Client Service Administrator duties.
You will enjoy variety in your day and being a valued member of the administrative team.
You will work closely with the Accountants and undertake higher level duties than your typical CSA role.
Your main duties will include the following:
Standard ATO emails and letters, utilising the ATO portal, arranging payments and downloading reports Undertaking Corporate Compliance duties and dealing directly with ASIC Preparing client documents, preparing client invoices, booking meetings Oversee electronic lodgements and monitoring workflow Invoicing About You
You are an experienced Client Service Administrator with at least 2 years experience working in a public practice accounting environment.
You are open to learning, have a "can do" attitude and are willing to work collaboratively to ensure the firm's objectives are met.
