The Role -
As an Administration Assistant at Bennett, your responsibilities will include:
Working in a team within the Admin Assistant cohort Assisting with general telephone enquiries Assisting with urgent jobs required by Practitioners or Secretaries Ordering and managing stock of office stationery and stock Assisting with IT support when needed Assisting with internal events hosted by the firm Assisting the Business Development and Marketing team with BD events internally Supporting the legal administrative team Providing support to trial teams at Court when required, including walking to and from Court with Court documents and trolleys Undertaking additional ad-hoc tasks and project support as needed Qualifications
Minimum Year 12 High School education.
Experience
Prior experience in an administrative role in a Legal setting is desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Experience with large job photocopying equipment.
Skills and Competencies
Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems-oriented with attention to detail.
Ability to create a positive impression with a professional and courteous manner.

Well-presented with excellent stakeholder/client management skills.

Willing to participate in First Aid Training or Fire Warden Training, if not previously participated.
