We pride ourselves on the professionalism with which we pursue our goals and our strong links into our community.The RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with either CPA or CA qualifications (or working towards) to join the Bengalla Commercial team on a Permanent, Fulltime basis.Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:The annual business plan and regular reforecasting processesCapital management and providing guidance to internal stakeholdersLeadership of the site Business Improvement functionBusiness risk management based on value enhancementInsurance management and co-ordination of renewalsLiaising with senior management team and wider businessIn this role, you will also provide Bengalla Mine management with analysis of business strategic options and reasoned recommendations for business enhancement.Qualifications and experienceTo be successful, you will need:Accounting Qualifications (CPA or CA or working towards)Mining industry experienceExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to work in a small friendly teamFocus on continuous improvementExperience with Pulse ERP and Xeras modelling software is desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer Bengalla values its people and their contribution to the operation.
