We're looking for an experienced people manager to join our amazing team here at Benetas Rural North West. This dynamic leader will be leading our dedicated team of In Home Support Assistants (PCW & Home Carers) ensuring our clients receive a reliable and quality home care service.
Some of the ways you'll make a difference: Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals Awareness of business risks, to be able to correctly identify a risk and the steps involved to manage, reduce or eliminate the risk Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm To help you achieve this, ideally you'll have: At least 2 years of people management experience Experience working in Home Care is highly desirable Previous experience in coaching carers (IHSA's) to deliver great client outcomes. Proven ability to lead and influence to achieve personal and professional goals Ability to use initiative, problem solve and work under pressure An understanding of Human Resource Processes is essential Why work with us?
