We're looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage, monitor, control and continually improve the Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to pay Benetas Suppliers in line with agreed trading terms and in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
Some of the ways you'll make a difference: Operation of weekly and monthly supplier pay run process Timely delivery of process and compliance reporting Administration and control of supplier masterfile Escalation point in the accounts payable team Manage and interact with internal and external stakeholders Oversight of supplier onboarding process Ensure a focus on continuous improvement and delivery within AP and Finance teams, and across the organisation Look into and work on automation opportunities through all AP processes to ensure processing efficiency and accuracy To help you achieve this, ideally you'll have: Tertiary qualifications in diploma of business studies, or equivalent Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting Demonstrated ability to lead a team, monitor performance and improve processes including effective change management Highly experienced in interacting with teams and stakeholders across the organisation Excellent proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and sound problem-solving skills Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong technical and systems skills, with experience in automation A degree in accounting, commerce or business studies or related discipline (desirable) Knowledge of EPICOR (desirable) Experience within the health, aged care and/or community service sector (desirable) Why work with us?
