Job Description About the role:
Benedict Recycling in Belrose is looking for an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to join the team.
This role is on a full-time basis working Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm and may also require availability to work on a Saturday from 6am to 1pm.
The Weighbridge Administrator is responsible for the daily administration tasks for the weighbridge, providing excellent customer service via both phone and face-to-face interactions with all customers, weighing trucks in and out of the site, and producing weighbridge dockets for customers.
Responsibilities also include preparation and reconciliation of accounts payable, daily timesheets, and data entry, ensuring the weighbridge runs efficiently to meet production targets.
Desired Skills and Experience Role Responsibilities:
Daily intercompany balancing of incoming and outgoing products with other Benedict sites.
Daily timesheets in the absence of the site manager.
All ordering for the site as directed by the Site Manager.
Preparation and reconciliation of accounts payable.
Maintain Contractor Register.
Maintain and manage the incoming material classification register.
Administration support including daily opening and distribution of mail.
Weigh trucks in and out of the site and produce weighbridge dockets for customers.
Weighbridge traffic control.
Maintaining the purchase order register for the site.
Reconciliation of petty cash.
Balancing the fuel usage for the site and ordering fuel.
Conduct all tasks in a safe manner.
Report any hazards and ensure correct PPE is always worn.
Follow all relevant safety policies and procedures.
