About the role
As a Customer Relationship Manager , you will be responsible for the success of our customers through the provision of relevant products and services that meet their financial and wealth needs.
You will play an integral part in driving growth through business development activities and processing and assessing loans.
We are looking for a motivated person who isn't afraid to ask for business and has a passion for lending.
In addition, you will develop strong working relationships within the branch and provide leadership alongside the Branch Manager to deliver great holistic outcomes for customers.
Community involvement and interest is essential, and attendance at out-of-hours community events may be required on occasion.
This permanent, full-time position is located at Community Bank BDCU, Goulburn.
About you
Ideally, you will:
Have experience in consumer lending and assessing customer needs to tailor practical financial solutions.
Drive business growth with strategic development, customer acquisition, and quality referrals.
Have a demonstrated history of achieving strong sales results.
Demonstrate highly developed relationship-building skills.
Be willing to be involved with local community engagement activities.
Display the people skills to succeed in a leadership and mentoring role.
Effectively communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
