Bench Hand - Entry Level Mining 12.5 Hour shifts 7/7 roster - DAYS ONLY $50.06 About the role: We are looking for entry level candidates for Bench hand positions who have a good attitude and are mechanically minded with a Strong adherence to safety culture, policies and procedures to work at a local mine site in the Gunnedah Region. Our client stands at the forefront of the mining industry, delivering innovative blasting solutions worldwide. What you will be doing: You will be required to work 12.5hr day shift 7:7 roster. Assist with the 'hands-on' delivery of explosive products down pre-drilled blast holes on bench; Assisting Shotfirers& Drillers on site Priming and loading blast holes Maintain records of drill holes Operating heavy machinery and equipment for mineral extraction, specializing in NTI bench operations. Assisting in drilling, blasting, and excavation activities, adhering strictly to established protocols and safety standards. Conducting regular maintenance and inspections on mining equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
