Reporting to the BEN+ Stream Lead, the role of the BEN+ Senior Risk SME (12-month contract) will be the delivery of program impact and business engagement activities within the 3LOD workstream program.
Key elements of the role include the development of strategic implementation plans and embedment of key 3LOD Stream activity into business areas. The BEN+ Senior Risk SME will drive organisational change, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
In this role you'll get to…
Utilise your Operational Risk knowledge to contribute to the effective design and delivery of the Banks strategic 3LOD plansEnsure appropriate engagement of Program Management related stakeholdersWork closely with key stakeholders to understand performance drivers and business needs.Communicate effectively with audiences of all levels, making the complex understandable and engagingFacilitate workshops with key business and stream stakeholdersIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunitiesProvide SME challenge and input on various Program (BEN+) activities to support achievement of the Program target outcome statementsAssist with the effective governance of the Program (including supporting the production of PMO reporting, status updates, drafting Board/ Committee papers, developing and refining success indicators/ metrics etc).Collate and submit closure packs for assurance in a timely mannerSupport effective PMO governance processes to increase efficiency and quality of BEN+ outcomes, including supporting the production of Program reporting and papers (including but not limited to status reporting, SteerCo packs, Board/ Committee papers, Program success metrics etc.)Work closely with activity leads, project, and change management resources, business SMEs, Transformation Business Owners, Practice Leads, Delivery Owners, Business Design Practice, and Senior Manager Portfolio ManagementWhat you'll bring to the role To be successful in the role you will have:
Significant level of direct experience within Operational Risk in Banking or Financial Services sectorTertiary qualifications in Risk, Business or similar disciplines preferredDemonstrated experience working with strategic partners and external vendorsSenior change management expertise on a large scaleSo, why work with us?
