The role of the BEN+ Learning Coach (6-month Contract) is critical to deliver on this strategy. As an ambassador for BEN+, you will be accountable for facilitating learning events, program coordination and business engagement activities on a national scale.
In this role you'll get to…
Facilitate engaging face to face and virtual learning events, ensuring adoption of desired risk behaviours and capabilities by audiences.Work closely with key stakeholders to understand performance drivers and business needs.Support the scheduling of national events, webinars and workshops including calendar management and event logistics.Develop and manage program documentation, collateral, reporting, etc.What you'll bring to the role To be successful in the role you will have:
Experience in learning facilitation and program coordination will be highly regarded.Ability to structure, engage and present information to a range of audiences both in person and virtually.High quality communication and coaching skills.The ability to travel interstate and flexible working hours to meet the needs of the program.So, why work with us?
