WA FIFO / Residential Immediate Starts Permanent Positions Market Competitive Rates Allstar Blue are currently seeking experienced Belt Splicers / Belt Splicing Supervisors for Permanent FIFO or Residential positions in WA.
Key Responsibilities: Belt Splicing, repairs, Maintenance and Installations to fabric, ply, solid woven, and steel- cord belt.
Remove and replace belts without supervision Identify common belt damage/faults and determine method of repair Conduct belt audits Operate winches and winders Sets up and plans equipment for continuous operations Assist with creating splice reports Perform hot and cold repairs Perform pulley lagging Apply mechanical clips Requirements: Good knowledge of all forms of Belt Splicing and Installations - fabric, ply, solid woven, steel cord..
