Belle Property in Cammeray is offering a fantastic opportunity for a warm and enthusiastic individual to join our thriving agency as our Real Estate Receptionist.
As the face of our agency, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients and team members. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure the smooth and efficient management of daily office tasks.

This is an in-office full-time Monday - Friday position.
Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients to the office Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff Tagging & tracking all keys that come in and out of the office Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area and meeting rooms Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders as needed Handling administrative tasks for the sales and property management team Liaising with clients, agents and other admin staff Creating proposal documents, open home packs, pre-list kits & agency agreements Assisting with sending eblasts, creating sold marketing & property research Helping with any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office We are looking for a long-term receptionist who will be a reliable, positive, proactive and enthusiastic member of our team.
As this is an administrative role, proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and keen attention to detail are essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a polished appearance, are highly valued.
Experience in customer service, administration, or real estate will be advantageous.
