Given their exceptional reputation, they are being tasked with more even work and as such they are seeking several assurance practitioners (with skills in any of the internal audit, external audit or program assurance disciplines) to join their team in Canberra.
The Roles You will have the opportunity to work with some of Canberra's most experienced Audit Partners and Directors on a broad range of clients to improve their risk profile by strengthening their internal controls, governance, program management and risk management as well as on financial statement audits.
You will be given responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of assurance related activities as well as having direct contact with clients and the opportunity to lead and manage junior staff.
About You To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience providing programs assurance, internal and/or financial statements audit services to a broad range of organisations in the public/commercial and not for profit sectors.
You will be at least tertiary qualified and have strong written and oral communication skills and an ability for form strong relationships internally and externally.
In addition, you MUST be an Australian Citizen and have a Commonwealth Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
