As a Bell Captain, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our guests' first and last interaction at The Star is a positive and memorable experience.
A few of your responsibilities: Support our Concierge to drive & lead our Porte-CochereCoordinating daily operations and delegating tasks including the arrival and departure of guestsSupervising a team of Hotel Porters and managing their performanceDemonstrate to guests & team members a dedication to service excellenceCreating outstanding service experiences that result in lasting memoriesWhat are we looking for: Extensive guest service experience in Hotel or Guest Services environmentKnowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)Sound knowledge of the local area and surroundsOutstanding presentation and communication skillsAbout you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
